Customer success
Serve as trusted advisor for Vatica’s health plan partners by understanding their goals and strategic objectives, mitigating risks and constraints, and deploying and innovating service solutions.
Clinical and quality outcomes
Help providers that choose Vatica maintain a high standard of risk adjustment and quality of care by driving accurate coding assistance, clinical documentation and clinical review of patient data.
Provider engagement
Build relationships with healthcare practices and providers, and engage patients, educating them about the value and benefits of risk adjustment with Vatica.
