Dr. Snyder is a cardiothoracic surgeon and is board certified in general surgery, critical care medicine and cardiothoracic surgery. He practiced heart surgery for over 25 years. He also has an AMA certification in age management, an ISSA certification in fitness and nutrition, and several medical coding certifications (CRC, CDEO and CPC).

Mr. Zuckerman has a diverse business background. He started and ran a division of a prominent investment bank focused on M&A and restructurings, practiced corporate law, and was VP of Business Development for a technology company. He’s also the author of Rain Power and the founder of RiseUp Ventures, a non-profit teaching entrepreneurship to incarcerated individuals and ex-offenders.

Ms. Giannotti has extensive experience serving as the CFO for innovative healthcare organizations. Prior to Vatica, she was the CFO of ComplexCare Solutions which was acquired by Inovalon. Ms. Giannotti was previously the CFO of Peak Health Solutions and Windsor Health Group.

Mr. Stern has a successful track record of leading sales teams and driving consistent growth in healthcare organizations. As an executive with HMS Holdings for nearly a decade, he led client relationships, new business development and go-to-market strategies for all commercial business line product suites. He started his career in investment banking in New York.

Ms. Vick has over 20 years of experience in risk adjustment and program operations. Prior to Vatica, Ms. Vick led accreditation and risk adjustment programs at Optum, where she was responsible for managing a $200M prospective risk adjustment business. She led the modernization of its operational infrastructure, including the adoption of NLP and other emerging technologies.

Mr. Taber is a Managing Partner at Great Hill Partners where he is responsible for transaction origination, investment policy, fundraising, investor relations and the general management. His investment experience covers a broad group of industries, including health care, financial technology, telecommunications, software and business services. Mr. Taber graduated from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management and holds a degree in public policy studies from Duke University.

Mr. Cofino is a Partner at Great Hill Partners where he is responsible for originating and evaluating investment opportunities in the Internet, software, healthcare, and business and consumer services sectors. Mr. Cofino earned a degree in finance from The University of Texas at Austin and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.

Mr. Byrnes is a Principal with Great Hill Partners where he is responsible for originating and evaluating investments in the health care technology and services sectors. Mr. Byrnes earned a degree in economics and psychology from Duke University, where he graduated cum laude and an M.B.A. with Distinction from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern. Mr. Byrnes is also a CFA charter holder.
