He started and ran a division of a prominent investment bank focused on M&A and restructurings, practiced corporate law, and was VP of Business Development for a technology company. He’s also the author of Rain Power and the founder of RiseUp Ventures, a non-profit teaching entrepreneurship to incarcerated individuals and ex-offenders.

Jennifer Giannotti has extensive experience serving as the CFO for innovative healthcare organizations. Prior to Vatica, she was the CFO of ComplexCare Solutions which was acquired by Inovalon. Giannotti was previously the CFO of Peak Health Solutions and Windsor Health Group.

Josh Stern has a successful track record of leading sales teams and driving consistent growth in healthcare organizations. As an executive with HMS Holdings for nearly a decade, he led client relationships, new business development and go-to-market strategies for all commercial business line product suites. He started his career in investment banking in New York.

Shannon Lukez, CRNP, is a certified nurse practitioner with over 25 years of clinical experience in adult health including critical care, internal medicine and orthopedic surgery. She is also a certified risk adjustment coder. As the leader of clinical operations, Lukez is responsible for provider services including implementation, member engagement, training and ongoing clinical support.
