Averel Snyder, MD, is a cardiothoracic surgeon and is board certified in general surgery, critical care medicine and cardiothoracic surgery. He practiced heart surgery for over 25 years. He also has an AMA certification in age management, and several medical coding certifications (CRC, CDEO and CPC).

He’s also the author of Rain Power and the founder of RiseUp Ventures, a non-profit teaching entrepreneurship to incarcerated individuals and ex-offenders.

Over his nearly 25-year career in product & technology, he has proven digital transformation leadership by bridging the gap between business objectives and technology strategies. Kirspel is responsible for developing and overseeing strategic product and business initiatives and aligning them to the company’s roadmap for product, data, enterprise business systems, enterprise infrastructure and support.

Mark Taber is a managing partner at Great Hill Partners where he is responsible for transaction origination, investment policy, fundraising, investor relations and the general management. His investment experience covers a broad group of industries, including healthcare, financial technology, telecommunications, software and business services. Taber graduated from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management and holds a degree in public policy studies from Duke University.

Byrnes earned a degree in economics and psychology from Duke University, where he graduated cum laude and an MBA with distinction from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern. Mr. Byrnes is also a CFA charter holder.

She graduated magna cum laude from Harvard University with a BA and received her MBA in healthcare management at The Wharton School.
