With more than 30 years of experience leading healthcare organizations, Hassan has served as CEO of Windsor Health Group with 300,000+ members, held senior executive positions at Humana and served as SVP at Coventry Health Care for over 1.5 million members across 11 states.

Steve leveraged his diverse business background to cofound Vatica Health. He started and ran a division of a prominent investment bank focused on M&A and restructurings, practiced corporate law and was VP of business development for a technology company. He’s also the author of the book Rain Power and the founder of RiseUp Ventures, a non-profit teaching entrepreneurship to incarcerated individuals and ex-offenders.

Jennifer’s role at Vatica Health builds on her extensive experience leading finance operations for innovative healthcare organizations. She most recently served as CFO of ComplexCare Solutions (acquired by Inovalon) following CFO positions at Peak Health Solutions and Windsor Health Group.

Josh has a successful track record of leading sales teams and driving consistent growth in healthcare organizations. As an executive with HMS Holdings for nearly a decade, he led client relationships, new business development and go-to-market strategies for all commercial business line product suites. He started his career in investment banking in New York. Josh leads all go-to-market groups, activities and strategies. Charged with driving Vatica's explosive growth, he directly oversees all business development (national and regional health plans, IPAs, ACOs, IDNs, CINs provider systems, affiliate and independent providers), client success and engagement (health plan and provider clients), sales and growth operations, sales enablement, implementation, growth analytics and client solutions.

Shannon is a certified nurse practitioner with over 25 years of clinical experience in adult health, including critical care, internal medicine and orthopedic surgery. She is also a certified risk adjustment coder. As the leader of clinical operations, she is responsible for provider services, including implementation, member engagement, training and ongoing clinical support.
