Capitalize on other visit types to maximize engagement and RAF accuracy
The Vatica workflow can be applied to more visits than just the Annual Wellness Visit (AWV). We recommend it for all annual wellness, preventive and other non-acute visits. These graphs show how including these visits can maximize engagement and risk adjustment factor (RAF) accuracy.
Compared to the AWV and preventive visits, non-acute visits are more likely to contain one or more HCCs.
These other non-acute visits result in higher gross HCC coefficient value.
